Sat by the speaker for 5 minutes, drove up and knocked on the window, apparently they were closed? Really weird since I was there this early last week.. app doesn't always work here either. Would be nice if they updated their hours, or even had the speaker tell me they're closed.. something OTHER than what actually happened.
The last couple of mornings I've came by this McDonald's on S. Division in Grand Rapids and a gentleman by the name of Thomas that works in the Drive-Thru has showed some of the best customer service skills I've came across in a while and I appreciate it....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
