I eat from their breakfast menu regularly. Today I stopped for lunch, but the meal price on the drive thru menu didn't match the register. The manager refused to accommodate me. Perhaps I'll start buying meals elsewhere.
I don't live in the region, but I do make a trip here when I'm in town because of the quality of the food and service. This Burger King has the friendliest staff and best-looking as well as tasting food I've ever had in Grand Rapids. Thankyou!!! One of the best burgers that serve in town....

Very poor customer service experience , order a double whopper with cheese and bacon, got to the store , a black Manger with dreads states that he don't see the order at all , stood there for 20 minutes, order nver came thru. Employees, female employee had nail polish on , which is against ServSafe regulations.
