“It's McDonald's. They have actual deals on the app again making it affordable to go. Service is slow due to being very very busy, but decently fast for the volume they're handling.
Tables were clean, but that says more about the customers than the staff who would have no time for dining room runs.“
“Made my online order from the parking lot. Time was great they had it finished in no time. Since I ordered my meal before 7:30 in the morning I can understand their shake machine not being up and running, but, I do not understand why my food was cold. Like I said I ordered from their parking lot there's no reason my food should have been cold at 7:30 in the morning. I understand not everybody wants to be happy and jovial at 7:30 in the morning but the rushed rude customer service is no different at 7:30 in the morning as it is from 10:30 in the morning or 2:00 in the afternoon. For some reason, every single crew member I have ever run across in there is rude.“
