“Just went in for a quick drink with a friend. Building was clean. Service was slower than expected as we did not want to use the kiosk. It seems service has shifted to fast prep for kiosk, Door Dash, and drive through as opposed to in person orders. A sign of the times I guess.Wheelchair accessibility: Available.“
“McDonald's was the Gold Standard for fast food restaurants. That was in the past; today the service is non-existent, and the menu has been dramatically reduced and even with less food to prepare what is served is cold and lacking in taste. Finally the facilities are a dirty, mess with waste containers overflowing, dirty tables, food scraps on the floor. It is ashame what has happened to the gold standard and you can only question today's management philosophy. Suggest McDonald's managers at all levels visit a Culver's.“
