“I've been going to McDonald's since I was a teenager!!!! I'm now a grandma so what's that tell you? They have the best fast food breakfast around! And I love their ice coffee and ice Mocha! Go ahead rediscover McDonald's there's a reason it has stay power! I'm lovin it!!!“
“Staff were working hard but non communicative with patrons! Sometimes a smile doesn't cost anything! At least we used the kiosk to order to try and lighten your day! At least say Thanks when you bring my food to counter and call a number! Make the person feel important that's spending money to keep you working. I was there between 4 and 445pm on Saturday! Kids today?“
“The seasoned female attendant in the drive thru was so incredibly polite. Just to hear her calm voice would make me want to revisit this establishment.
Upon returning in the afternoon, the young red headed female definitely needs a course in customer relations. If there’s a sign stating have payment ready, I feel she should be attentive enough to tell me my total. I don’t bother looking at the digital board because many times it hasn’t updated to let me know.“
“I don't know who has been so mean to the drive-thru lady that when I asked her how her day was going she started crying. I asked are people being mean to you? And she just nodded her head. whoever has been abusing the drive-thru lady, I hope you have the day you deserve for making that sweet woman cry. She is always a ray of sunshine when I come through this drive-thru. How incredibly unnecessary it is. I bet you kick puppies too.“
