“Staff were working hard but non communicative with patrons! Sometimes a smile doesn't cost anything! At least we used the kiosk to order to try and lighten your day! At least say Thanks when you bring my food to counter and call a number! Make the person feel important that's spending money to keep you working. I was there between 4 and 445pm on Saturday! “I went through the drive through today (Saturday) Aug 1st, 1pm/1:15pm and there was cars in both order lanes it was very busy, and they were on it, they got the food out quickly, kept the line moving, and the food was at temp and good, actually the best big Mac i had in a while, the man who took the money at the drive through was very friendly, the young lady at the food pick up window was focused on getting the food out quickly as well and was friendly, she just needed to smile more which I understand when your that busy, your focused, honestly when I seen all the people in line I thought I was gonna be there a while so im impressed how quickly they got the orders and food out, Niles McDonalds has never operated that quickly with that much friendliness... way to go you ALL should be proud.. you rocked it.. and i will drive the 25 mins to go to that one from now on... I give you 8 stars..“
“I love the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. The caramel frappe is better than anything from Starbucks or Dunkin!
We always go through the drive-thru so I can't say much about the atmosphere except they do really well moving people through.“
