McDonald's in Kalamazoo

“Ordered through the drive through and the women barely knew what was going on. then we get to the window to pay and completely my fault i accidentally used the wrong card on apple pay, the woman at the window still asked if we wanted a receipt i said no. We get to the second window i noticed i needed to pay so i hand the employee the right card on the phone and the manager came yelling at me and my bf after the situation was talen care of. food was decent but they forgot our nuggets.“

“The food came out very quickly and felt very fresh---not soggy like some McDonald's make it. The fries were a little too salty for my taste, but that's just preference. The servers were very kind and seemed genuinely happy to help you.“

“By far the BEST McDonald's in all of Kalamazoo and I'm not the only person who has said this. Food, highest quality of service, and friendliness are consistent daily. I use the McDonald's app for iced coffee and Ashanti, Shy, & Gabby are amazing. They always make great iced coffee with just the right amount of coffee, syrup, & cream!!!“

“They have mocha frappes available. That’s the only criteria a McDonald’s location must meet to get my business. If the machine is broken, down for cleaning, or they are out of mocha frappe base, I leave without ordering anything.“

“Tried going to the drive through, and no lights were on the board on what to order. Set there for a while and got no response from inside. Thought the drive through order station was out of service. Drove up to window and had to either go through drive through at in the end of line or go inside.“

“Some of the McDonald's in town are not the fastest drive-thru that I've been to but I always know that when I'm waiting it's because they're making my food up fresh and whenever I wait in line for French fries there always hot and fresh. For the most part McDonald's has fairly decent food for a reasonable price. everything in moderation as we all know too much McDonald's is too much McDonald's. variety is the spice of life and it keeps us healthy but McDonald's is always delicious.“

“The staff was very nice on the day I went! Get a double mc chicken and add Mac sauce! The nugs were fresh and hot. You can add more patties to a mc double for about one dollar it's the best way to get that protein if you can't spring for the bigger more expensive burgers.“

“I was tryna feed my kids There’s a young girl in there name shekiyah seen i couldn’t afford all of it but it took half off my card and she came over there and helped me out of her pocket only the lord knows how grateful I was I was on the last of what I had“
