Why is the drive thru always closed? And the few times that ordered from grub hub from this location. Everytime my order was wrong. Always missing something. . I think you need new management.
I understand most places are struggling with finding staff, but the drive-thru is closed most of the time. Therefore, you have to go inside and wait times are pretty long for pretty simple orders.

Kiosks seem to generally be out of receipt paper. Lack of attention to the front customer counter with people waiting. Always seem to be understaffed. At least the drive thru is mostly open now and not closed off during business hours. It's not like that staff isn't trying. They are busting their butts as fast as they can.
