This McDonald's used to be great before they moved to their new location. Ever since then, my wife and I have consistently dealt with incomplete or incorrect orders, rude staff, and a lack of urgency or awareness when it comes to customer service. It's become frustrating because we used to enjoy coming here, but the experience has steadily gone downhill. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of service.
So slow. Kiosk ordering with a 15 minure wait. Normal McDonald's quality.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While the drive-thru is often closed, leading to longer wait times inside, the staff's service quality varies. Some employees are praised for their friendliness and attentiveness, while others are criticized for their apparent laziness. The restaurant's hours of operation are also a point of confusion, as the location is not 24-hours and its actual closing time is unclear. Despite these challenges, the food is generally rated highly by customers. The new manager, Jeff, corrected a mistake with a raw burger, showing concern and commitment to keeping a closer eye on the grill. Fries are described as crispy hot and perfectly salted, with one customer calling it the best McDonald's ever. The May 17 night shift staff and a white long-haired manager were also praised for being the best staff in a long time.
