They have mocha frappes available. That’s the only criteria a McDonald’s location must meet to get my business. If the machine is broken, down for cleaning, or they are out of mocha frappe base, I leave without ordering anything.
This is one of the worst McDonald's around. They have told me multiple times I cant use the App for rewards or coupons. I always have to double check they gave me all my food. Today I took one bite of my bagel and it tasted minty, like gum. The location isn't great, as its in a truck stop and you have to almost yell outside at the speaker to be heard over all the trucks.
Staff were friendly, helpful, attentive to the counter. The menu is limited ( express restaurant ) orders were correct, my sandwich was fresh ( a little cold though ) fries were fresh and hot. The dining room was clean, well stocked with ketchup / salt. No drink station accessible to customers though. I have been to ALL the Mcdonalds in Kalamazoo / Portage, they all have poor service and substandard food ... this is our new McD, it's worth the extra drive.
