“The past 4 times in 4 months our to-go order has been wrong. When I had time to go back in I was able to get the correct item and an apology but still very inconvenient, especially on the day when I was in a time crunch.We still go, not often but the kids enjoy it.“
“Enjoyed my food and they had an incredibly nice manager! He provided a great customer experience and you can tell he also takes good care of his employees. Although it's on the smaller side, it's definitely one of the nicer McDonald's I've been too.“
“By far the best McDonalds in Michigan!! I have been a customer for over 5 years and can honestly say they are the best. The staff are amazing and really care about you as a customer. I can not recall waiting in line for more than 5 minutes and usually only about 3 minutes. The food is always hot and fresh coffee. Thank you so much for the pride you put forth in the work you do. It is greatly appreciated. Every McDonald's in Michigan should be trained like by the staff at the River Street location in Holland, MI.“
“This McDonalds is usually hit and miss. Some days the service and food are good, , others the food is cold, stale, and service isn the best. I have gone there a couple of times and they had all the lights on (inside and out), Yet we're closed.Parking: With it being right off US 31 and Riley, it sees heavy volume. Sometimes it can be difficult to find parking because of this. I hardly ever dine in because it is difficult to get in and out of a space when it is busy. Not a lot of people waiting in line for drive through will let you out so you can wait for a bit.“
“Best McD's I've ever been too, food is always hot and fresh. The morning crew does a great job, especially when it comes to making the cafe drinks the same each time. I'm so picky about my caramel mocha and they get it spot on everytime! ❤️❤️“
