McDonald's in Battle Creek

“went through the drive thru at about 10:30 craving a shamrock shake, was told that they had started cleaning the shake machine already, got to the window and Joe told us he “had good news”, got a shake for free for the inconvenience. joe is the goat, give him a raise, had a really good laugh about the situation“

“I've been eating at McDonald's for over 50 years. Same with Burger King and Taco Bell. I don't know if I've ever had a bad meal or experience at any one of these restaurants. I consider them all about the same quality but when I think of fast food McDonald's always comes first and in my opinion McDonald's has always been the one to set the bar a little higher with new cutting edge food service technologies and advanced logistics to keep their product brand a little ahead of the rest. On vacation, my family always seems to stop at McDonald's and eat inside at the start of a long drive kids love a happy meal and chicken nuggets, my wife, kim always gets sausage eggs and pancakes, I get the dollar menu and coffee(black). I have eaten at McDonald's all over, and yes, they do serve beer at McDonald's in Germany. At least in 1999, I drank one in Bavaria. If I could ask for any improvement, I would love to see real biscuits and real sausage gravy on their breakfast menu and for dinner a juicy steak with a delicious baked potato or mashed potatoes. I'm not holding my breath, but I hope it happens in the next 20 years. Fast food with a little bit of a Diner style on the side.“

“I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at this McDonald’s. I recently came in with a very large order of fries for my entire class, and the team went above and beyond to make it happen smoothly.

From the moment I walked in, they were patient, organized, and incredibly kind. Large orders can be stressful, especially during busy times, but they handled everything with such a positive attitude and efficiency. They made sure my order was accurate, fresh, and ready in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated.

It’s clear this team cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference in my day—and my students were very happy too!

“10 pm on a Wednesday in the lobby ordered my favorite Big Mac and double filet o fish and it was prompt, hot, delicious, the young lady named Crystal I think it was that brought me my food had already brought me an ice water before I even had the chance to ask for it. Very awesome. Thanks guys!“

“McDonald's on B drive North has been getting worse with its service times, their manager, she is totally rude to her staff and anyone who is a little slow at ordering through the app. I usually order ahead on the app then proceed to the drive thru I ordered ~25 mins ahead of time then drove there & my food still was not ready!“

“No acknowledgement of you presence at the counter when someone walks by from outside delivery the walks into the service area looks around the comes to the order area and asks what I would like to order. No smile or customer grettong whatsoever. I understand that this person might be having a bad day but this is not the first time This has happened.“

“1. Food - Food is great and perfect! Never had any problem!
2. Service - Service is great! They utilize the drive-thru more but usually have staff waiting at the register.
3. Atmosphere - Atmosphere is great! There are kids running around in the play area and you always see people sitting inside. Great atmosphere feeling!
