It's a shame what passes in the service industry now
every time I pull up to the drive-thru at 5am. I didn’t realize ordering a McMuffin required submitting an apology letter first. The attitudes here are genuinely impressive. Like honestly, if being mildly inconvenienced by customers is this devastating, customer service may not be the career path. The management somehow took “fast food” and turned it into “emotionally hostile food.”

While there are kiosks for ordering, some customers have noted that it can be difficult to place an order with a person or get refills, as employees and pop machines are kept in the back. Although the food may not always be exceptional, some items, like the Big Mac and double filet o fish, have received positive feedback for being prompt, hot, and delicious. One customer was pleasantly surprised to discover the shrimp filet sandwich, which was freshly cooked while they waited and deemed very good. Overall, McDonald's serves its purpose and is a convenient option when needed, even if sometimes wait times can be long.
