“This trip the food was out faster than usual, which was nice. I got the QP w/cheese and fries. The burger was hot and juicy, but the fries however were only warm, old and soggy. But that's about what I expect anymore from their French Fries ?. I cannot remember the last time I got fresh fries from McDonald's. They're not bad when they're hot and crispy, they just never are anymore ?. This trip was at 1:00 pm.“
“The Lincoln Way East McDonald's can have some off days where service sucks, likely due to understaffed crews and unqualified employees. But they generally get it right. Lunch is the most consistent in quality. Dinner and late night are generally a travesty.The inside and tables are always clean. Bathroom is always clean. Generally decent staff with the occasional bad apple.“
“I went around 10pm few days ago all my food was fresh and delicious it didn’t take too long to get out the drive Thur with fresh food and the workers was very nice definitely one of the best McDonalds in south bend to eat and actually get fresh “
“Usually fast and friendly service.I usually request no salt on my fries and they happily do it for me every single time.I also have two service dogs and they always give the dogs a large class of ice.One thing I do miss is the biscuits and gravy. I couldn't be happier they brought back the steak, egg, and cheese bagel. My bagel is unique to me.Steak, bagel no onions, no folded egg, sub round egg.Fries are always fresh out the grease no salt.Thank you 933 for the awesomeness that is you.“
“Went through the drive thru and ordered quite a bit honestly. Was expecting the normal forgotten item or stale fries. Not this place though! Everything I ordered was there, fries and all the food was fresh as it can get. Service was excellent, very good people. Sweet Tea was excellent. Thank you guys.“
“This McDonald’s was not on the blue highway sign so we were pleasantly surprised it was at our exit. We did an in-app order for pickup so we could use the bathroom on our road trip.Our food was hot and fresh. I witnessed the manager walk things out to customers in the dining room, which is great service you don’t see much anymore. The dining area was clean. I don’t frequent McDonalds but this one had to be one of the best.“
“9-29-24 - 8:55am the manager today was great. She had so many orders and was running out of things and she handled it like a pro- she was so nice the customers even a few that were being rude to her for no reason. the food was great and she deserves a raise. She really went above and beyond .“
“The best McDonald’s you’ll ever find in the USA!! Located in beautiful South Bend, Indiana, this McDonald’s was my first stop after flying into South Bend International AirPort after a long flight from Florida. As a hungry traveler I could not wait to sit down for a fresh hot meal. This location was an exceptional invite into South Bend. My food was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection! The employees were so nice and welcoming, I really wish my coworkers were like them. I was blessed with the presence of some locals from the neighboring property and after a short conversation with them I totally understood why South Bend is such an amazing city! The culture in South Bend is unlike any other place I’ve been and I have travelled a lot! I can’t wait to see what other marvelous places I’ll find during my stay in South Bend!“
“When I went here the general manager was going around with one code asking all the employees to log on and fill out so that their store rating went up . I suppose that's industry-standard but at the same time that doesn't provide any accurate data or information. Other than that milkshake was fire Burger was fire typical McDonald's . #Winning“
