“Came in bc I was in the area on a job and normally get chipotle closer to home. Got a burrito and my boss got two tacos. The taste of the food was a lot better in my opinion than the chipotle I frequent. Servings are a bit smaller than chipotle, but at least there’s not cartilage in their chicken like I often get with chipotle. Prices are reasonable. Wish I had Pancheros closer to home! Owner (I believe) was there cleaning keeping the place nice“

The manager Bri S. is always smiling and helpful not only to me but to all of her staff as well. I’ve always noticed that a lot of her employees come to her in times that they need help and she’s always there to help them!“

“I go to this chipotle often, but today I had probably my best experience. I didn’t catch this employees name but she had glasses, light hair, and was working around 4pm today (I hope she gets recognition for this). I accidentally placed my online order like an hour later than I wanted and when I told her I messed up they were super busy with not a lot of people so I felt really bad. She was super nice and got it out so quickly anyway! Also — its the best bowl Ive ever gotten from here. Made my day :-)“

I got the new chicken nuggets and the man working today over the intercom was funny and personable. The chicken was fresh and THE BELL SAUCE I WANT MORE OF!!!
My food was fast and accurate.

“I will NEVER go to another Acapulco!! I ordered the Birria tacos, with extra cheese, fried until crispy and they were amazing!!!! Also ordered the street corn (eloté) and that was phenomenal! Margarita was strong and perfect to taste! Everything was seasoned to my liking and perfectly portioned. I highly recommend!! Service was spectacular! Thank you for pleasing my tastebuds for my first experience!! I’ll be back ;)“
