“Valentines day dinner! Was greeted with valet service when we pulled in. Taken straight to our table. Food, drinks and service was all great! There was a special valentines menu for tonight and we got branzino and filet for dinner both were fantastic! Dessert was even better! Only missed opportunity was our table wiggled but the server made an attempt to fix it. Would highly recommend this place!”

“Just got back from eating an amazing chicken Sandwich at Byrd's in Novi. Let me be frank Chic-fil-a and Kimchi Box are garbage. Get yourself a real chicken sandwich. WARNING: Byrd's is not playing with the spices... my wife got her's medium and it was hot.”

“First time getting pizza from them and omg I am obsessed!!! Crust was absolutely perfect and they didn’t charge for an extra topping and it arrived piping hot. I got the Mac and cheese pizza and then it was like “want to make the other half a different specialty pizza?” UMM YES!!! Burger with perfect pickles, So many toppings everything was perfect, this is my new go to spot!”

“My husband and I are from Missouri. We have tried plenty of boba places all over the U.S. when traveling. This is the best boba/general tea we have had anywhere. I ordered the Mango Sago, and my husband got Brown Sugar milk tea. The drinks are well balanced, toppings are generous, and the cashier was very friendly and upgraded our drinks due to being out of jumbo boba. We will be back before we leave! :)”

“Highly recommend! First time in and won’t be my last. Best beef kafta I’ve ever had and I grew up in Dearborn. Better than La Marsa, Shish, anywhere. Kafta is tender and not overcooked. They have the food fresh baked round pita bread, not the store bought. The dressing for fattoush is soo good. My server, Rumana, was so sweet and attentive. 11/10!”

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.”

“I was invited here with a few friends to try the lunch buffet. They charge $13.99 for salad, pizza, and a drink. The pizza is a New Haven thin crust with a really flavorful sauce. They offer a variety of pizzas to try that keep coming out from 11am to 2pm. You can ask for a certain topping if you don’t see one you like and they’ll make it! The salad bar area is kept fresh and clean. They had many topping options to put over romaine lettuce. Everything is washed and cut just before serving. You can see it and taste it. I’ve been back a couple times since then and enjoyed it each visit. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had and pairs nicely with the salad bar. It’s definitely worth trying for the great price, service, and food.”

“I’ll tell you one thing if you’re a DoorDash or and you’re picking up an order there it’s a fantastic place to do so. They do not mess around as soon as that time ticker hits in your app you walk inside that store you tell him the name and they will have your order ready.”

“I first stopped here because I was on my way to Detroit and desperately needed to use a rest room! The interior blew me away how beautifully decorated it was. It’s a small space but the service was extremely friendly! I’d say it’s upscale Thai. Their Thai cold coffee is delicious! 🤤 it’s honestly one of the best ambiances I’ve had in a restaraunt even though it’s small. My only complaint is they did not ask what spice level we wanted our dishes to be (which is strange) so my friend and my food was a bit spicy to share with our kids. I’d definitely go back tho. Can’t get over how adorable they did with the interior decorating and attention to detail with the food and space! Thank you for being friendly to me even when I was not a customer yet. ❤️👌😀🌸🌸 and being patient with a table with two 4 year olds.”

“This place is the gem of Novi. It doesn’t get any cheaper than this too. Unfortunate that you can’t sit in anymore and wish they were open for more hours, but staff are very sweet. If you love nigiri the salmon is incredible for $2. Udon is homey and just feels right.”

“I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Moe’s on 10. Seriously top notch customer service, and awesome food too! We were hosting a brunch for 14 people for our daughter’s first communion celebration and I was having a terrible time finding a place for brunch on a Saturday for the group of our size…we were too small of a group for most restaurants private dining rooms (most minimums were for 20 people) and too big for just regular reservations…or the place only did brunch on Sundays…I started looking on the local community pages for recommendations of new places I hadn’t heard of and I saw a comment about Moe’s on 10. I checked out social media and the website and read reviews of people who had similar size parties and decided to give it a test run that Saturday. Our first time there was just the three of us, we were immediately pleased when we walked in the door and were greeted right away by multiple staff members. So friendly! We were sat down very quickly in a nice booth and received very prompt service from Michael. He was very attentive and welcoming. The food at the brunch buffet was hot and fresh with all the standards and then some. The gentleman working the omelette and waffle station provided wonderful service and made fantastic food, delivering right to your table. At the end of our meal (our 8 year old loved everything she had) I inquired with Michael about their availability to accommodate our group and he was very eager to help and assured me they could absolutely take our party. I was ecstatic. The week of our daughter’s first communion I called the restaurant to see about some special requests I had for our reservation. Michael helped me out again and was just a delight to work with. Seriously so accommodating. The night before our party I dropped off some flower vases and picture frames to go on the table. We were again greeted by super friendly staff and helped right away. The day of our party we walked in and everything was setup up beautifully and ready to go. Our party members made comment about how nice and clean the place was and everyone raved about the food and service. Our server took great care of our large group. And again, the gentleman working the made to order station nailed it. He took excellent care of everyone in our group and was so great with the kids, we had 5 of them under 10. They loved their mini waffles! And to top everything off, their prices are sooo reasonable! Moe’s earned some devoted customers in our family. You can totally feel the family atmosphere and how much they care for their customers, and the food is amazing too!”

The food was excellent, the ambiance perfect, and our guardian angel, Besnik, provided excellent suggestions all throughout the night!
