Lake Orion's Dairy Queen is the best! I want to thank the staff who took care of my mother today! My dad stopped into get my mother her ice cream and forgot his wallet. My mother has dementia and my father cares for her. He had her count out the change in his car to hopefully have enough for the ice cream she loves. It's an alright location, but every time I go there is this one employee with a ponytail always on speakerphone, talking to her friends. The first time I was there, it took her about three minutes to notice me. And I don't appreciate my ice cream being talked over. Spit flies when you speak. I know it's going to happen most of the time, but I'd rather it not happen if it doesn't have to, especially when the employee is supposed to be working an not treating her job like her personal...read full review
This is my local DQ, and I normally have no issues! Last night I ordered 2 small Blizzards and the HotDog Combo since it’s been so long! The hot dog bun was stuffed with a pretzel stick…and they forgot my chips! I’m not one to complain, but this is crazy (and a little funny) ! Be better!
