“After a rough day, we decided to lift our spirits with some ice cream and headed to Menchie’s.

The atmosphere was nice and inviting. There were a few people sitting and enjoying their treats, but it wasn’t busy at all.

I tried the pineapple coconut smoothie frozen yogurt, which is both gluten-free and vegan. Unfortunately, it didn’t hit the mark for me—it was really sweet and lacked strong pineapple or coconut flavors. I ended up giving it to the kids. I was hoping it would be closer to the pineapple flavor they had before.

Even though that flavor wasn’t my favorite, I would still recommend Menchie’s! This location was friendlier than the last one I visited, they have a good selection, and lots of toppings to choose from. I also appreciate that they charge by weight, so you can get as much or as little as you want.“

“Our local Baskin Robbins in downtown Lake Orion did a spectacular job on my son's birthday cake this month! Their edible paper printer was broken so they gave me options of how to print myself, and also offered to decorate by hand as best as they could. They knew my son wanted a Harry Potter cake so they made the Gyfindor crest in chocolate and it was such a hit! The cake was ready for my dad to pick up 10 minutes late which wasn't a big deal because it was a lot more work to decorate by hand than they had planned. The decorative cookie sandwiches did melt by the time the cake got to my freezer so I will not order that design again but that's my own fault, not theirs! 9/10 would recommend and will be ordering my daughter's cake for next monthf rom them as well!“

First time visiting. The grounds are Halloween-themed and the gimmicks are a lot of fun. It's lit up at night, so it's a good idea to go out at night. Purchased apple cider and slushies. Delicious with a good balance of sourness and sweetness! It was a hot day, so the slushies were delicious!“

“This place is actually pretty GOATED.
Fantastic soft serve, with some unreal fresh Oreos for my Oreo flurry, that's my weakness right there. The Oreos were kinda better than at DQ (sorry to my true love) and the ice cream was on par.
The staff was even better than top tier, excited to be at work, serving and talking to customers. They even took phone calls with grace assuring patrons that the business hours on Google were accurate and even taking pictures with people who were just as excited to be there.“

“Bianca's Haven conducted it's first fundraiser and the Meadowbrook Ice Cream Cart was a hit with children and adults. There was a wonderful variety of ice creams and the cart was adorable! Veronica was very pleasant and helpful! Excellent customer experience!“

“We can’t get enough of Custard Corner. Our favorite ice cream place we’ve been to. The custard is amazing and we love all of the flavors you can get. The dole whip is my absolute favorite. I get so excited with every flavor change. We always can’t wait to see what flavor is next. Then there’s a whole menu of non-cone fun that never disappoints. This place is definitely the best out there. You have to try it! Also the staff is really awesome. So friendly and always getting our orders right and being kind while they do it.“

“The product is always good. Except, the man (who I believe is the owner if I'm not mistaken) who took my order made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I had 2 items in my order, I didn't even get done with ordering my first item and he was already rushing me to the total. And as I continued ordering. He made a comment saying "oh. I didn't hear you say that". Because he didn't even give me the chance to finish ordering...I also overhead the convo with the car he had in front of me as well as the vehicle behind me in the drive thru line, and the man just isn't pleasant to speak to and probably shouldn't be taking customers orders.“

“I had the best experience at Sweet T’s today. First time there since the new owners took over. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Their chocolate soft serve was down (she wanted a chocolate dipped cone) so they gave my daughter hard chocolate icecream dipped in chocolate instead which was amazing! I didn’t even know you could dip hard icecream. AND they gave us a second one for free for the “inconvenience”. Very thoughtful, we will be back soon!!!“
