“The last 3 orders at Culvers drive thru, each time other cars behind me have received their food and I had to go in and request my order. The last order on 2/7/24 waited 25 minutes Twice the manager stated the charges for food would be reversed on my card due to the long wait but it never happens. Very poor service from Culvers employees and manager.“

“The product is always good. Except, the man (who I believe is the owner if I'm not mistaken) who took my order made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I had 2 items in my order, I didn't even get done with ordering my first item and he was already rushing me to the total. And as I continued ordering. He made a comment saying "oh.
