“My granddaughter and I went to DQ yesterday for my birthday. We like this particular DQ. Workers are friendly. She got a triple chocolate brownie and I got my usual Peanut Buster Parfait. We sat outside at a picnic table and enjoyed the weather and our ice-cream. Fun times.“

“I had the German chocolate ice cream made into a milkshake and it was fantastic!! The young man behind the counter was extremely polite and friendly. The ice creams have kosher certification (see picture). The inside of the store which also includes Dunkin has a nice seating area and there is free WiFi.“

“Was not bad I still have difficulty choosing coffee correctly not drinking it for as long and all these flavors so many. I was bumed when I ordered a double chocolate and they did not glaze it first. I don't know if they do that anymore that might just be a store preference but all in all solid.“

“We love Frozone! Flavors are delicious. The owners are so great. Super friendly and funny. This is the only ice cream store we like going to. Once you have their Gelato, no other ice cream compares. “I pass by this place every day without really noticing it. My wife heard it was good so we stopped in. Its small in there but they are doing big things. Cranking out some excellent food out of that tiny kitchen. The employees were very friendly and helpful.“

“Have been living in the area for a few years and it is always hopping every time I drive by. Decided to stop there yesterday with my husband. They had an overwhelming selection to choose from. Almost too many options my husband said. They had flurries, ice cream, shakes, frozen yogurt, frozen drinks, frozen coffee, and even physical ice cream packages. They had so many flavors as well. I personally loved how many options they had. I got the frozen yogurt with salted caramel and my husband got strawberry shortcake flurry. There was actual strawberry shortcake in the flurry! They came quickly and the proportions were great. I can see why where are always busy. My hubby now says we should go there every Sunday. 😂 I recommend! You will never run out of things to try!“

“Truly a Hidden Gem! Food is Delecious! I've lived here in Pontiac for 9 years and today is my first time knowing about this place. I will Definatly be ordering from here again. My Only issue is I made a order and instead of giving me a option too choose something different, they automatically email me they did'nt have it and automatically refunded my money back on my card which caused me too have too make a whole extra order which meant I had too pay a additional delivery and tax fee around $11 dollars, aside from the order that was already paid for. So I end up paying a extra $11 dollars for my two orders that were delvered together.“

From the moment I walk in, they greet me with a smile and treat me like family. Their customer service is exceptional, and it’s clear they care about every person who comes through the door.
The frozen yogurt always tastes incredibly fresh, and the toppings are well-stocked and delicious. The store is also spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their business.
There are other Menchie’s locations much closer to my home, but I choose to drive to this one every time because I know I can trust them. I know I’ll receive amazing service, a clean environment, and great-quality frozen yogurt with every visit.
