“Never had a daily double before. Wow, great hamburger (pro eater here). Mayo, fresh tomatoes and 2 patties. Basically a mcdouble, but with mayo and tomato. Better than QP all day. Cheaper also. Downside? Who ordered the chairs and booths?? Most uncomfortable seats of all time. Staff was very nice“

“I would love to meet the masterminds behind Chick-fil-A. The training they get is better than 95% of businesses today. I mean come on, seriously? Their food may be considered fast food but the service is that of a 5 star restaurant… and even then, they just might be better which makes their food worth the little extra money compared to other fast food chains. I could say this about every single Chick-fil-A too but this was the most recent experience. From inside to the drive thru they got you covered!“

He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“

“I went while on a business trip. I utilized the drive-through. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. This was the first time in years that I actually got a whopper that wasn't soggy and appeared to be made by someone that knew what they were doing and cared about the product they put out. “You all need to lower your dang prices! yes the food is decent but to order 2 five piece chicken tender combos and one order of mozzarella sticks and have it come to $22 is ridiculous. The chicken tender combos coming to $9 each is outrageous. The chicken is frozen and all you have to do is fry it up. All in all it will be quite some time before we come back. This visit was to feed my two boys. We are a family of 4 so eating here as a family would be $50+ and would be more economical to eat at a sit down restaurant. Lower your prices Arbys! editing this review because tonight once again Arbys disappoints. How does a place that specializes in roast beef run out of beef? “Culver's is a great choice if your over the typical fast food choices and want something that more like a fine In kinda food. I'd place Culver's up in my top 3 places for burgers with five guys right up there and surprisingly Arby's but Culver's as my number one . Everything's made in house and fresh staff and service was amazingly fast and efficient. Tho you will wait acoupke mins for your food yes but it's minimal at that id say 5 mins maybe.“

The manager came over to help the gentleman. She hands me,$.60 and says he overcharged me. I responded with, "I have not paid yet?" But told me to pull ahead. The next window handed me a drink, and I told her I did not pay yet, but she handed my food and said, "Don't worry about it, and to have a great day! So they paid me $.60 to get a #5 combo! Okay, then!“

“My husband and I go here frequently when we are looking for a quick lunch. Staff here is always working hard despite being short-handed like everywhere and they always get our food correct without any issues. It does seem like there is always someone else giving them a hard time when we are here. Whether it is someone from drive through or someone in the lobby. Just a reminder that they are human and they are the ones that showed up to work. Yelling at them for something they can't control does nothing except make you look like a jerk.“

“I went through the drive thru of this Burger King with my wife and they had just closed breakfast. The man taking our order had an accent and was the most patient, kind man and got us breakfast at nearly 10:40am. I rarely feel compelled to leave a review, but that really warmed my heart!“

“I went to this restaurant on July 4th, 2025 while I was traveling. I'm 54 years old and have lived and traveled all over the country, as well as in at least 10 other countries, and have never received the kind of exceptional service that I received at the Blissfield, MI McDonald's today. Truly world class service, and I don't give compliments lightly.“

“There is a manager at this location. Her name is Kelsey. My youngest is on the spectrum and we’ve gone to multiple locations for the Minecraft toys. Most of them looked annoyed by me asking and she was so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. A promotion. She treats people amazing and has great customer service. I thank her for her kindness . People like this should be cherish and shown appreciation in the company.“

“I used to manage a dine in restaurant, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the last-minute customers show up. They only add minimal overall sales while lowering your sales/hour and hurt your labor since you have to keep your staff there and paid which cost more than the profit gained usually..... so I am very happy that when my 80yo grandmother wanted 4 quarts of Dairy Queen ice cream because all the others upset her stomach at the last half hour that not only did she get it but the staff was friendly and you would never have known they were just ready to go home after a long shift.
