“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Subway in Ovid, and I have to say this 5-star review is only because of Miah. Miah is a breath of fresh air for this place! After new owners, years of neglect, and questionable food, it finally feels like they have hired someone who truly cares about the customer experience and this store. Miah was friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it with what he had. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and he keeps a positive attitude even though working there seems like a nightmare.

The amount of times this location has issues since getting new owners is wild. They never have a full menu and are always out of things. Even under all these conditions, Miah radiates positivity so contagious that I left feeling happy and appreciated, even though I was leaving without all my favorite items because they were out again.
