“lately the pizza was either hard as a rock or soggy from so much grease. when i called i was told i would have to come back with the pizza and then get a new one. when i explained i had no way to bring it back the manager did not offer to credit me or to deliver a non-soggy fresh cooked pizza she just said well have a good day. poor service“

They have always done nothing less than their best to make sure everyone is satisfied to the best of their ability. There are just some you can't please and even so, they still keep forging forward to still provide the best service to all despite a small amount of grouchy people.
