“We love this place. The food is always great and IMO, they have the best marinara on the planet. The atmosphere is really good too. You see the bread oven as soon as you walk in and the lighting is perfect for casual or a date night. Last Saturday , we got a catered order for a party and we were very happy with it. The portions were very generous. The price was more than fair. The food was hot and delicious and our friends and family raved about it.”

“Red Knapps is a good comfort food restaurant with some surprisingly wonderful, more formal dishes to offer as well. This is our go-to place when nothing else appeals to us. The atmosphere has a genuinely tasteful feel with paneled walls, coved ceilings, and large pictures of horses here and there. The bar area is often well attended, and I believe that televised sports are on the televisions.
Wait Staff is ALWAYS very nice, pleasant, and efficient. There has never been a time that we've been disappointed or unhappy with our service nor our food.”

“WELCOME TO OXFORD!! This was how we were welcomed. It doesn’t start off much better than that. Amazing spot with an absolutely gorgeous decor. Service is friendly and sweet. Offering suggestions and options s we had never been. You can’t not get a stuffed bagel, delicious hot coffee or a smoothie. Angie the owner is just a doll and the staff is smiling and laughing. I’d make the drive from Holly anytime for this place. Totally worth it and a new gem we are excited to return to.”

“Went there for some drinks. Nothing crazy. The place was basically empty and there was barely anyone there. The drink were good. Definitely reccomend it for a quick stop. Kassie was our server and she was really sweet. The restaurant was super cute too. Definitely worth checking out. ❤️”

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.”

“Oh Tim, oh Tim hortons. This shop, this is one of the greatest locations in history. The first time I came here… I got a donut. When I ate this piece of food, my life changed its course forever. I have never had a donut, or any food for that matter, as beautiful tasty as that donut ?. Maybe my chicken tenders at the fork n pint, but that’s the only thing as good. “We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.”
