“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

“Shout out to the workers at subway. Ordered a foot long for my kids to split they cut it in half without me asking, it's the little things. Great customer service. Tipped 10% because they deserved it. Hope they got the full amount pre tax !!!“

“It's Taco Bell.. I think I speak for everyone when I say every taco bell is the same. The building is pristine. Looks modern and shiny. Very appealing ya know, to get you through the door. Once you're in you have to walk up to this giant iPad that won't accept cash or credit or debt. With tears in your eyes you try to flag down a member of the shop staff, as they scurry around furiously trying to keep the drive thru moving. Eventually you are able to get some help from an exhausted over worked teenager who; through a series of annoyed sighs, takes your order. You then wait in a group of annoyed self entitled gen Z milenial types whom you can see their forehead vein pulsing violently as they grit their selfish teeth together. Two hours later you get your food just to find out you got someone else's order and are too tired to say anything so you shut up and eat that brown bag of sorrow like it's God's gift to this world.“

“This was our first time coming to this restaurant and I'm super impressed with the service that my family was greeted with. Melanie was very informative and helped us navigate the menu and gave excellent suggestions! The staff was very friendly and was very patient with my super picky children! Great food, great service! Will 100% be back!“

“I used to like five guys. Haven't been there in a while... I walked out ? $28 for two measley double cheeseburgers ? no drink,no fries or anything else. Just two lousy double cheeseburgers. This isn't Kobe beef, or even wagyu or something special. Never mind, I don't need it that bad. And you can keep your free peanuts. Won't be coming back......“

“Went here after the Glass Animals concert, apparently everyone and their mama had the same idea. The line was long, and I thought that the poor workers were going to blow a gasket, but when we finally got to order, we had the nicest worker ever! She was so sweet and patient. It was also about 1AM, so props on these workers for providing good food and friendly service :)“

“Food was good. I got a triple butter burger with lettuce mayo and cheese. With a small drink, fries and a kids meal for my daughter and got her the custard token of chocolate ice cream
I was here, probably almost an hour not because of the food took forever or whatever I was just sitting here, relaxing with my daughter, and I ended up talking to an older couple. The majority of the time was a nice experience. I come down this road often so I probably will come again.
Kid-friendliness: I believe they have high chairs for your children to sit“
