The bread looks amazing, we ended up getting a loaf. Bit pricey for what it is though. And the service was surprisingly unfriendly and abrupt. Doesn’t seem great for business, but maybe in this area they don’t care.
We travel nearly an hour to stock up on our favorites every couple of weeks. The sandwiches are so delicious that we usually grab them for the ride home. You can’t go wrong with anything in the place!
Been living in Northern Michigan for over 10 years and never knew about Crooked Tree Breadworks until now. This artisan bakery has amazing breads and pastries. The Epi Baguette is fantastic, as is the classic sourdough bread. Tried the orange currant scone and it was delicious. The holiday stollen was reduced to six dollars.
