Great sundaes, great food, great service!
A classic that I've visited for over 50 years.
They make their own ice cream in-house and it was tasty. Only complaint was no napkins or garbage bins accessible in the main area, but can ask at the register.

Dean's Ice Cream serves wonderful ice cream with many choices and offers amazing ice cream and shakes. The polite workers provide quick service despite the lines. The restaurant also has great food, including the 21 shrimp & fries, at a reasonable price. Located next to a nice park and river, Dean's Ice Cream has plenty of places to sit and enjoy sweet treats, making it a great family outing. There's ample parking, though the lot can be small and awkward; however, nearby spots at the park are available. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with plenty of options for kids, including different ice cream flavors and kid-friendly food. Open seasonally, Dean's Ice Cream is a great establishment with pleasant staff, perfect for summer days by the river.
