Good appetizers and mixed drinks. Party members were very happy with their stuffed burgers. I wasn’t impressed with my club sandwich, but that mostly came down to poorly drained bacon.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu or changing table. They did have crayons and paper, however. But this is really a bar… so hard to fault them too much!
If you go anywhere and order a BLT, you wouldn't expect it to have Grey Poupon mustard on it, unless you ordered a BLT from Mayors Joint.I cannot understand the reasoning to add such a atrocious condiment to a sturdy America staple, such as a BLT. I enjoy just about every other food item I have ordered. A shot of 1800 is gonna cost you $9. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was excellent. Remove the horid mustard from your delicious menu.
I consider myself a bit of a burger snob, but Mayor's did not disappoint. I got the jalapeno burger, which consisted of two patties which were just the right thickness to maintain a crispy edge and have flavor throughout the patty. The burger stayed together throughout the meal without making a huge mess too!
