“We always buy pies here for my kids birthdays. They are so much better than your standard pies you can buy at places like Kroger, Meijer or Walmart. The only complaint I have is that we picked up an order of pies for my son's birthday. But when we got home, realized one of the pies we ordered was a cherry crumb, and the box that it was in said summer fruits. Without cutting into it, we weren't sure what we got. And weren't celebrating my son's birthday until the weekend. I called and spoke to a manager, and she was very nice. She explained to me that they have an excess of boxes left over from the summer fruits pies that are seasonal. And they had to use them up. She assures me that this is the correct pie, unfortunately whoever put it in the box never made it clear as to what was in it. Nothing was crossed off, or had any indication that it wasn't a Summer fruits pie. I trust what the manager tells me, and I guess we will find out this weekend. This is the only time we've ever had anything in question like this.“

“Great food and wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed all of the food items we ordered and had a great sit down dinner. All the employees were wonderful and answered all the questions we had about different dishes. Reasonable prices and options available. Highly recommend!“

“Highly recommend! First time in and won’t be my last. Best beef kafta I’ve ever had and I grew up in Dearborn. Better than La Marsa, Shish, anywhere. Kafta is tender and not overcooked. They have the food fresh baked round pita bread, not the store bought. The dressing for fattoush is soo good. My server, Rumana, was so sweet and attentive. 11/10!“

“Very interesting menu and excellent service. The waitresses were very friendly and took time to explain the dishes. As it was the end of the lunch service we just ordered a meat bento box and the spicy Yanyeum fried chicken. Both dishes arrived quickly and we're delicious. The chicken portions were enough for 2 meals. We loved the authentic interior with souvenirs from Japan and Korea. The lady owner has travelled widely, is extremely passionate and is very keen to share her culinary experiences with clients. I highly rate this restaurant and will definitely eat here when I'm next in Cheltenham.“

“The crew was great. Excellent customer service. However, the potatoes soup we came in for, they said that site doesn't serve it & they dont know why its on the menu. They also said they were out of alot of items due to the snow storm & no inventory. I informed them I drove from Detroit to them, so they storm had already been lifted... but otherwise, what we did get was okay. It won't make me drive that way JUST FOR THEM, so I may come again if I'm shopping that way.“

“I am really only leaving this review to emphasize how great Maddi is. I think that's how her name was spelled on her name tag. She was our server at the bar and was an absolute delight. Very friendly, very professional; honestly made us forget there was a delay and a bit of an ordeal for us to be seated which is why we decided on the bar, turned out to be the best inconvenience ever. And I say that just to further accentuate how much her amazing service was appreciated. We did the never ending pasta and she made sure she checked back on us just the right amount; kudos to those preparing the food too! Spaghetti and spicy 3 meat sauce with meatballs was really great and the fettuccini alfredo suprisingly with italian sausage my mom loved. And of course the salad is ALWAYS great. We will be back soon, thanks so much!!!“

“Ordered to go pasta bar station. We pulled in with all to go spots full. I was greeted with exceptional service and waited less than 5 minutes for staff to bring my food out. Staff was friendly and punctual. Food was delicious and we were not missing any items from out order.“

“China House Inn has become our go to Chinese takeout spot. We love TenYen but it's a little bit further of a drive and the good is close to equal. Delicious egg rolls, good shrimp fried rice, and most dishes have been tasty. The almond chicken gravy is bland and the Mongolian beef wasn't the best but we love the sweet and sour chicken, general chicken, and Szechuan chicken. Very nice workers too.“
