“I'm on a fixed income, so "fast food" is only an occasional treat for me. I found out about Shawarma Spot through a friend, and it has become my favorite little take-out restaurant. Their portions are quite generous, and you have several options for sauces and toppings. I order the Beef Shawarma, and at $8, I get two delicious meals for the price of one! (Admittedly, as a Senior, I have a small appetite.) Staff is always friendly, and they even put my "sauce on the side", so it still tastes fresh for my leftovers. I've frequently seen work crews there ordering Shawarma's multiple chicken wing deals. Give them a try!“

“We had a family gathering last night and it was my first time trying Kubba House. To say it was anything short of amazing would be a lie. Everything from the presentation to the taste was a 10/10. You can easily tell with each bite that they use quality ingredients when preparing the food. The rice and meats were especially amazing. I would highly recommend Kubba House to anyone and will definitely repeat. Thank you so much for making our gathering that much better KUBBA HOUSE!!!!“

“I have been a loyal customer of Grape Leaves for many years. . First, the food is great and very healthy. It is also reasonably priced. The lunch specials don't cost much more than a fast food combination meal. The staff is courteous and friendly. “The owner was our cook waiter and everything all in one! Tell u what he is the NICEST guy have ever met in my life. My coworkers and I all received completely gifts to take back to work w us. “Been getting take out from here for 10+ years. Excellent quality meat 🥩 and other items. Unbelievable hummous which comes with fresh warm pita. Try their combo for two or their lamb chops. The combo for two actually feeds 3-4...lentil soup is fabulous!!! Fatoosh salad 🥗 is superb.“

“Marvelous overloaded mega Mixed Shawarma Fries 🤤💯 WOWED 😋. Gotta be 2 pounds of meat, both Chicken and Beef Shawarma craved off the spit. On top of crunchy Fries with Garlic Sauce Toum OMG perfection. We shared could only eat half, a good bowl of Lentil Soup. $22 for the large will easily feed 4 hungry folks, making this a mega deal 😅. Got to meet Nick the owner, who lives in the back LOL 😂. Not really he's got a family to get home too. Fast friendly service, great food and low prices. “I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“

“My son had Princess cater his grad party and it was excellent! Everyone was raving about the food and asked where we got it. Kenny was so helpful to setup my order and i had 2 servers for the day. They were excellent! I highly recommend Princess for your next catering order!! They have 5 locations if you want to eat there as well. Absolutely delicious!“

“Fantastic food. 4 for atmosphere as there is nowhere to sit if you order in person to wait for your food (this is purely a take-out spot) This is just a very minor inconvenience that should not deter you from ordering food from here. I love the chicken shawarma wrap and the chicken shawarma dinner gives you plenty of food for leftovers.“

“You can tell coming in here that Jason, the owner of Zara, loves what he does, and it shows in the food he makes! I got a large chicken shawarma salad and it was amazing, the chicken was perfect, and he makes the pickled turnips in house. I will absolutely be back here!“
