“Stopped by for a quick dinner on a Tuesday night. The place wasn't busy, so the staff was able to give me plenty of attention. These are down-to-earth folks; easy to talk to and very friendly. The food was fantastic! I had the sliders and fries, and not only did the food taste good, but it was presented in a subtly unique way. I highly recommend The Alley Cat!“

“I see this truck almost daily, and it has been on our food quest to finally try it. I know Birria is trendy at the moment, but it is so good! This has hand down won the best birria in Michigan so far that I have tasted. The best thing was the quesobirria taco trio that came with the broth. The broth is good, you can drink it like a soup when you run out of items to dip in it. The tacos were fresh, cheesy, meaty, crunchy, all of the right combinations a taco should be. The birria meat is quite succulent and tender, very well flavored. It also came with a nice flavored red sauce. Not sure what is was, had a nice mild spice. We also got the birria pizza. I'm obsessed with birria pizza concept and this is a good one. It came with the consume broth, limes, a green sauce (maybe tomatillo?), and a red sauce, both sauces had a nice spiciness, plus some sour cream. I have not had too many of these, but this is the best one so far. We also tried the birria ramen, which was meaty cheesy noodle goodness. I would order all of those again. We tried the aqua fresco de jamaica, which I did not love, but the horchata was good. We ordered the street corn. It was okay, but excessively salty with not enough cheese or mayo, and it seemed to have tajin, but no chamoy. But when I ate it the next day, put on more mayo, some parm and mozzarella cheese, and it added a whole new level to it. The individuals here are very nice. They made the food in a sufficiently fast amount of time. They have a variety of food on their menu with daily specials. I would like to try their vampire taco and their torta next. The only thing about this place (that other people have commented on too) is that it is a bit pricey. So we spent quite a bit on what we ordered. The taco trio was $16 and the pizza was $27. But would I recommend those items? Yes. Would I personally order them again? Yes. They were that good and this is definitely a truck to watch out for or come find.“

“We had the pleasure of trying this taco truck when it recently visited our subdivision. We had to try a lot of the items and they were all tasty.Birria tacos were nice and cheesy, with tender meat. If you buy 3 you get free consome, but this dip wasn't our favorite, we definitely preferred their salsa instead.Speaking of their salsa, we asked for the hot and it was pleasantly warm, full of spice and flavor. One of the best salsas I've eaten in my life.Pork tamale was good, I can envision buying a half or full dozen. We had two traditional style Pastor and Barbarbacoa tacos that were both fulfilling our Mexican traditional taco craving. We had an asada torta which was our least favorite item because it was a soft texture throughout the whole sandwich. Wish there was a crispness or something they could modify. Just felt a bit mushy. In total, we will definitely have to check the truck out in its normal spot for tacos(traditional or birria) or tamales with that tasty hot salsa!“

“Very tasty, made to order, small area to eat and enjoy. Had the birria dinner. Excellent. Also tried a pork and steak taco. Also, very good. Mostly liked how they doubled the corn tortillas so they don't just crumble when you pick them up. Decent value as well.“
