First let me say the food was amazing. I never at the fried rice with cooked carrots. Keep in mind I hate cooked carrots. Jerk chicken was tender and seasoned great. Also tried the collard greens they were yummy. I was in and out in maybe 7 minutes. Girl bagging an putting together the food was very nice and answered my questions being a first time. I will be back keep up the great work!
They moved to a new location a haven't got their new sign yet. The sign still says Marcies soul food. Last week we had the fish(Escoviche or Steamed fish with okra & callaloo). This week they have Snapper. Please call 1 hour ahead for all fish entres. Of course they plenty of their usual fare so nobody goes away hungry. This week we ordered curried goat and roti and it was fabulous.
The food is delicious but service is tough they are not always open when they should be and have a very limited menu so they run out of food alot but if you do get some you will like it
