Can’t really say ive had bad experiences, i live in saint clair and i usually just door dash, only have problems with food when drivers make extra stops making my food get soggy or cold.
There was a few times where i ordered the chilli and while yes it is absolutely delicious. It is absolutely ridiculous how much beans they put in it. I got through 2/3s of a large chilli before deciding I didn’t want any more beans so I thought id just pick them out with my...read full review

The Wendy’s on Oak Street in Port Huron is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever ate at. The people are phenomenal. They are kind, funny and quick, just all around good people. I definitely will be back. The restaurant was clean and easy to maneuver through. Even with my severe complicated order, everything was correct. I did not need to take anything back for correction. Good job guys.
Service leaves up to ur imagination, was told multiple visits, don't do baked potatoes after 10 pm questionable at b est

Wendy's is a good place to grab a quick bite with fresh options and decent food. The staff generally provides kind and courteous customer service, and most customers feel welcome. The food is often delicious and well made, although there can be occasional issues like dry or burnt chicken in the chicken wrap or sandwich, and cold fries. Some customers have experienced delays in service, but efforts are made to improve, as seen when the manager personally prepared meals to improve quality. The restaurant appears clean, with accessible parking on three sides and a usable bathroom, though some reviews mention the restroom being dirty at times. A highlight of the restaurant is the frosty, adding to the positive experience. Vegetarian options are available in the form of salads, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with a kid's meal. Overall, Wendy's remains a reliable choice for a fast food meal, with staff working to make the experience better despite occasional setbacks.
