great service it'll be a regular stop now
Usually Bigby service is great. today I received some of the worst service I've ever had. It's also hard to find a real avenue to reach someone in the store that can do something about it.
Love this place -- for the atmosphere, for the people, and of course for chess club on Sunday afternoons!

They only have oat milk and almond milk, which are bad alternatives for those who can’t have a lot of sugar. It was expensive, almost $7 for 20oz of coffee. The interior is lifeless and bland, cold and uninviting. Parking is tight and occasionally a frustration.
