“Has always been a solid option, however my wife and I were in for dinner at 8pm last Tuesday and the service and food was sub par at best. There was Zero hustle in the restaurant, claimed they were busy but the patio was maybe 3/4 full, and we were one of 4 tables inside. The vibe was completely off. Multiple servers staring at each other, while it took tables 10+ minutes to be acknowledged and have the server come to the table. Had a view of the kitchen, and there was zero hustle there either. It seemed like no one wanted to be there. Food was not good and almost inedible. We didn’t even bother complaining. If this were my first time there, I would never go back. However I know that it’s not normal. We were highly disappointed.“

“Last night we tried Condado for the first time. We were instantly met with a smiling individual who sat us promptly. Breanna was our server and was an absolute delight. Breanna explained the menu and gave us fun info about the art work (which was one of my favorite parts!). All of the staff were cheery. The food was absolutely fantastic; the best carne asada I’ve ever had! Try the pineapple lemonade and smoked queso! We will absolutely be back and tell all of our friends! You guys are exceeding the industry standards!“

“The food was good. We ate upstairs so we could be outside. We waited a while before we were served. The server didn’t introduce herself. We had to continue to ask multiple times for the same items. She was aloof in her service to us and therefore we tipped her accordingly. When she saw the tip she was surprised that the amount reflected the service we received. Tips are not automatically given they are earned.

We definitely would come again because the food was good. We would want a different server.“

“While l've always had positive experiences at this restaurant in the past, my most recent attempt to make a reservation was less than ideal. I missed a confirmation call from Rich and, despite multiple attempts to return his call and being promised a callback, I didn't receive one. When I finally spoke with Rich, I found his attitude to be quite rude, which was particularly disappointing as I had already acknowledged and took ownership for missing his initial call. We were hoping to celebrate a special occasion here, but the handling of our reservation has unfortunately led us to dine elsewhere this time.“
