The crust on the wagyu steak feature surpasses any fancy, expensive steakhouse out there. Smith & Wollensky's for example, has nothing on this place. My god it's awesome at Cove. Don't even get me started on the potatoes.
This place has some delicious dishes and many options to choose from. From the calamari to the tortelloni to the topside burger, you can't go wrong. Dessert was light and tasty. We had the BEST service. I would highly recommend requesting Wes as your server. He was super friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and cool! Thanks for making our first dining experience there so great!
This review comes from someone who remembers when The Cove was more than just another restaurant—it was an institution. Jason’s Cove and later Charon’s set a standard that people in Kalamazoo talked about for years. It was worth celebrating special occasions there.
