We bought a double cheeseburger from this location on portage Road in portage Michigan. The cheeseburger had a large piece of plastic wrapping in it and I almost choked. This is disgusting besides fact that it could have killed me.

Took this crew 4 times to get my breakfast order right! Apparently manager on duty could care less. I saw several other people coming back to counter with missing items that they'd ordered!!
