“I am a 70 year old tea drinker who stopped in for a little caffeine kick. Thought I would try one of the coffee options. I just wanted to go basic, maybe with a cocoa side note without a bunch of sugar or cream. Maddie, and Colleen were both enthusiastic about my rookie coffee status and went into coaching mode. They were both great about suggesting options and guided me to the perfect solution for my caffeine kick and I had fun in the process. Thanks so much for having an enthusiastic team who are well versed in all the available options, and patient with customers who aren’t.
