“I love this place but make sure your employees are properly trained on how to make a blizzard. Went there last night and my 2 blizzards were not mixed properly. one with mint was mostly a vanilla ice cream with very little mint mixed in the second was a cookie jar and I didn't get to the fudge until I reached the bottle of the cup and the cookie dough and Oreos were only at the top. I will still be back and happy your remodel is now complete.“

“I can't say enough good things about this Arby's! Last week, I picked up an online order through the drive-thru and an item was missing. I called and the manager, Davontae, was so incredibly kind and apologetic. I didn't want to come back so he took my name so that it could be replaced the next time I came in. I stopped in today and actually met Devontae and saw first hand how his staff was working and acting. I was so impressed with him, the staff, their attention to detail, and even the cleanliness of the store and restroom! To be honest, I had stopped coming to this location years ago because it had really gone down hill, but it has definitely made a huge comeback. Please give them a try and if you're a hard working, team player, you might want to apply here and see if you're a good fit. This team takes pride in what they do and it shows. “Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

We only ever wait at most 5 minutes, except today I waited like maybe 10-15 minutes and they were so apologetic and gave me a free taco coupon. “I came back home to visit and White Castle is always on my list. This location has AI(?) ordering at the drive through. I had to agree to something and tell it I was ready to order. I asked it for Chicken ring sliders and it listed all the kinds off so I ordered the ones with cheddar cheese. That cheese must have been smokey cheese because it was a bit off, unless that's just changed it. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. I didn't finish my food because I don't like change and the food wasn't how I remembered it. I will come back, next time I'll just bypass the AI and speak with a real person so I can ask questions.“

“I just got a Dorito Loco Taco supreme about 5 mins ago from this location, and honestly it was literally the best dlt from taco I’ve ever had. I asked for extra sour cream and they lined it perfectly at the bottom so it was even all over, usually other places just put it anywhere and it’s uneven. Overall it was just loaded hot and amazing. I had to leave a review just for that. I would have took a pic but I ate it before I could think of it lol.“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“
