“Not impressed with this place anymore. Waited over an hour to find out my food was ready they just weren't going to give it to me until I came in and asked.I don't expect much when getting a "Hot and Ready" pizza from a drive through window. But when I'm told to pull forward and they will bring it out to me I expect that to happen. After seeing over 8 people who came after me go in and get larger orders then I put in I decided to go in and see what was going on. Turns out my food was ready they just weren't going to tell me.I've gone here a lot but this service trend has been going for a while. Unfortunately the people who work there don't seem to care what is happening to the franchise and are there to collect a paycheck.I do hope this trend changes and will update if I go back and get better service.“
