“I like this location. Have there been errors? Yes. But they were corrected, no one died and we all moved on. The dough issue people are commenting on is definitely a franchise thing. They've changed ingredients or portions or something because the thin, floppy occurrence is something I've noticed at 4 different locations in 4 different cities. I have never had a bad customer service experience here and NICK is awesome.“
