Parking: Parking lot is not big, but it is adequate.“

“This location is not in the greatest area. However, I went there on February 8th 2024 and the service was absolutely amazing. There were only two people on staff in the restaurant and it looked like the cashier was taking payments, cleaning his hands, and also boxing up pieces! He did an absolutely amazing job, there was not a long wait, the food was hot and delicious, and he was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service! Service! I work in the service industry so I know the difference between good and bad service and he did a great job! I will continue to patronize this location!“

“My first time at this location, they need to clean up! The door never been wiped down, full of fingerprints. The counter by the register was junky and filled with receipts. It didn't look to clean inside. The 3 meat pizza was delicious! My pizza was full of meat and cooked right. Very tasty.“

“Food was cooked fresh but literally took forever! Seemed like there was only 2 people working in there when there probably should've been at least 4 with how many people that were there placing orders so I give them a bit of a pass on the time that it took them to get my order ready even though I ordered in advance.“

“I can’t praise my experience here enough!!! I went to the Alex Warren concert last night (07/05/26) and had the absolute best time! However my night didn’t start great. I had won these tickets from a radio station, and was SO excited. I really wanted to go, but money has been tight so I couldn’t just buy them myself. I won two upper level tickets.(section 223, row 9) I was already a little anxious because I’m a heavy set person, I take up a lot of space, I typically try to buy tickets on the aisle so strangers aren’t forced to deal with my presence. Since I won these tickets, I had no control over being placed directly in the middle of the row. So I was already self conscious about my space. On top of that, I’ve never sat upper bowl at LCA. It is not for the feint of heart! I didn’t know I was afraid of heights until this occasion. I was sliding into a panic attack quickly. My friend and I decided I needed to go down to the concourse and take a breather. Security saw my panic attack and checked on me immediately, he was so kind and even gave us directions to guest services to see if they could help. We then talked to Katy. Katy I hope someone sees this, you were amazing! You made me feel so seen and valid, immediately jumped into fix it mode on how to make sure I could feel comfortable enough to enjoy the concert, and provided a distraction to help me calm down! She then pointed us to her supervisor, whose name I never got, I’m so sorry! He was an absolute gem! Immediately calmed me and got me and my friend moved to open seats where it was much more comfortable and spacious! We had the best time at this concert! I cannot thank the security guard, Katy, and the supervisor enough!!“
