Little Caesars in Westland

“After spending 30 minutes on the phone with the Little Ceasar at Merriman and Cherry Hill, and still no correct order, (still on the phone, placing my order), I was done. Decided to try another location, Wayne road! Oh my goodness, like day and night!!! Had my order placed in two minutes, food picked up 15 minutes later. My order was correct and very delish! Thank you for getting it right! My order, 1 lg thin crust with pepperoni and banana peppers, and a order of crazy bread with extra butter and parm! Not a difficult order!!!“

“I always have a great experience at this Little Caesars thanks to its awesome team!

I drive out of my way to come here because I have ARFID, which makes eating really difficult. I’m unfortunately very specific about my food, and not every place cares to get it right, but this location has never let me down! Every single time, they make my order exactly how I ask: well done, light sauce. The flavor is consistently fantastic, and I never have to worry about it tasting different. It might seem silly, but that care and consistency means a lot to me, and it’s a huge reason I keep coming back.
On top of that, the staff here is fast, friendly, and attentive. They always make me feel welcome by saying hi, chatting for a moment, or making sure I have everything for my order.

“I went through the drive-through, and the staff was very friendly over the speaker. When I got to the window, I was greeted with the smile and the cashier was very nice. I ordered the pepperoni pizza puffs and garlic parmesan chicken wings, and they both were cooked to perfection.“

I had a Birthday party today with 55 guests coming and had placed an online order 3 days ago for 22 pizzas for a 12:30 pick up time at a different location and while I was on my way to pickup the order they cancelled it! I drove to the Westland location and explained what had happened and they made the order and had it ready for me in 30 minutes! They were so great about it and saved the day.

“In the past I would say my visits here were not that great but definitely not the worst or horrible. Recently I can say it has been great. The food quality and customer service is great. MJ is always polite and professional. My last several visits I have absolutely nothing to complain about.“
