I come here a lot, great tea always, the most consistent bubble tea place around. But the service has gone down hill recently. I just had a pick up order and the two kids at the counter ignored me and didn’t even say “hi” or “just give me a minute”. The cashier ki avoided eye contact with me and pretended I wasn’t there until I said “hi, I just have a pick up order”. I’m not picky about service, but to blatantly ignore me and avoid eye contact is a bit much....
Employees are super super nice! I had a small issue with ordering through grub hub and upon showing them my order confirmation they figured it right out and got me my drink. Highly recommend.
This was my first time here (not my last). The young gentleman service was welcoming and helpful. I got the honey lemonade with mango popping bubbles and cheese curds. The tea was delicious, and the cheese curds were just ok.
