La Collina Ristorante Italiano

Was pretty good and the atmosphere nice but cheesecake was strange and the eggplant parm came in a bed of very fried and not good tasting spinach. The salads and appetizers were good.

Took a wealthy client here for dinner and it was superb. The staff were true fine dining staff, everything was perfect including their timing and the food was to die for. I spent $168 for the 2 if us including 2 drinks and an appetizer salad but it was worth every penny. I had the filet and she had the salmon and we shared the beet salad. Yum! Will mark this as a fine dining spot when I’m back next year for client meetings.

This restaurant hits it out of the park. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch. I particularly enjoyed the halibut (main course) and octopus appetizer. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. If you are looking for a fine dining experience in Rochester Hills this is your ticket!

This is one of our favorites! Excellent food, excellent service staff, so knowledgeable and helpful with food and wine choices. Only complaint It was my daughter's birthday and I sent a message sharing that and my husband and I arrived in a separate car from the kids thinking we could sit and have a glass of wine. We couldn't not be seated because our whole party was not on site. I tried to say they were driving but the check in hostess was a bit too rude about expressing that rule. It's unbecoming and does not represent how wonderful everyone else that works there is. She could be a bit kinder. Otherwise the birthday was wonderful the lobster pasta was amazing!!

Great Restaurant! Wonderful food and service!

I took my mom here for dinner and the food was amazing. We had the salmon and filet; both were so tasty. Dessert was to die for. Loved the ambiance and the service. The owner is the absolute best too. We’re already planning our next visit.

Had dinner here with a few friends and had the best service and food! I had the steak tip pasta and it was phenomenal and my friends had the Filet and both loved it!! Will def be back! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now, we’ve only ever greeted with smiles! The owner makes you feel like family! We don’t just come here for the staff but the food always, leaves us speechless!!! We’ve practically tried the whole menu! My husband’s a big time foodie and he has never left La Collina without a belly full and a happy face! You have to try the chicken cremosi, veal and the lamb chops! They have the BEST, most fluffiest, cloud like, tiramisu I’ve ever had! I can’t forget about the Bolognese, extra spicy! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

The restaurant is nicely appointed, with seating that is more intimate than others. Lovely high ceiling, but there is always a constant high level of noise from the ceiling. Apparently there is a fitness center above and their equipment constantly makes these loud noises. It is very distracting. Our meal was adequate, but the quality was not what we expected. Our veal saltimbocca was a rather plain course but the sauce was tasty. Service was very prompt, in fact, it was difficult to have a quiet conversation since the waiter was always there clearing, and asking if we were finished. Perhaps this spot is new and some issues will be addressed in the future.

We absolutely love this place! The food is always consistently delicious...been a regular for three years now. Their wine offerings are diverse and if they don't have something you like they will order it in for you! We enjoy the intimate feeling of the restaurant and the friendly service they offer.

First time and won't be the last. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was sleek yet welcoming.

Literally I’m the most picky person ever! But the filet tips were soo damn good, the Caesar salad, the cauliflower was soo good & I even tried calamari for the first time ever! It was so good I’m shocked, the “Alfredo” which is very similar is so good & drink pours were amazing ! So happy with this experience ! First time here and definitely not the last!

Our dining experience was very pleasant. The wine recommendations were very good and our dinners were delightful. We felt the portions were appropriate and nicely presented. We will definitely return.

Our waitress was so professional and kind. The place is so romantic and classy and cozy at the same time. The food was absolutely phenomenal! It was my husband's first time there and it became his favorite place.
