This location has frequently forgotten items in the drive through and waits are very long.
I had to wait over 10 minutes in order for anyone to even come to the speaker just now.
Now more waiting.
Was told there are 20 orders in the dining room ahead of me so…
Not a good system to have drive through patrons wait endlessly.
Two cars in front of me left without picking up their orders.
Missing items..again. So frustrating that I get missing, or wrong items in my order. Panera on Livernois, needs to hire a person or two, to check all the carry out/delivery orders.
