It was a fun experience and the food was tasty. A "service charge" is added to each bill and was described by a waiter as a tip that was split between the front and back of the house.

Had a carry out for a steak shrimp and chicken around 5:30 and they weren’t even busy. When i got home all i had was vegetables, NO meat at all. I called right away and there was no manager i thought that was weird, considering it was 5:30. The hostess told me they were rarely there. I called again the next day. Finally i got a call today from an extremely rude woman who would not even give me her name and also told me that i was only missing chicken. (lol) she said she does not accommodate carry out mess ups and would offer me a $15 voucher (my meal was $40 and i don’t live in Rochester) i asked for her name she said “she doesn’t give out names” and i asked to speak to the general manager she then informed me that she will call me tonight and i asked her for the general mangers name and she again told me she would not give out names. I was polite the entire time and told her that she should work on her customer service. I have yet to receive a call from the GM. And also she told me that she had called my number sometime this week and my number answered and said it wasn’t me i told her u clearly called the wrong number lol. can’t make this stuff up.Update: the GM did not reach out to me

The cook couldn't communicate with us, the portions were small compared to all the places I've been and it took waaaaay longer than any of us anticipated. The food tasted good once we got it. The water tasted like chemicals too, it was

Can't say this was a great meal. Walked here for dinner after some meetings and we were seated pretty quickly. Ideally you'll make reservations ahead of time as they need to organize their hibachi seating to fill up the spots before cooking. We had a short wait of about 10-15 min as we were the first ones at a new table. My friend and I both ordered the steak and lobster, which is one of their higher priced hibachi options. I opted to pay the extra for fried rice while he went for the default steamed option. We ordered a couple of Sushi rolls for appetizers and waited for the dinner to start.I'll start with the Sushi. Which wasn't really sushi. I'm not going to say it tasted bad but when the rolls came out (Tempura and Spicy Tuna), the rice was warm. WARM. It's because they used regular steamed rice instead of making sushi rice. There was no sweet vinegar or preparation at all. The shrimp was kind of sad as it was battered, fried, and then wrapped up with rice and seaweed with nothing else. The spicy tuna had a big dab of spicy sauce on top of the tuna and at least had some flavor. Solid miss here so don't recommend the Sushi at all. Most people come for the Hibachi and it's kind of hard to mess that up. You'll get quite a bit of food with your meal; noodles (good), vegetables (ok), fried rice (poor), and in my case steak (good) and lobster (very good). Fried rice definitely wasn't worth the upcharge. A lot of hibachi places usually include a grilled shrimp appetizer so was slightly disappointed that they didn't here. There's usually some standard things that go on with hibachi places. Patter from the chef, a little clanging and show with the utensils, a little fire, egg roll, food tossing, and sometimes an onion volcano. We got the last two at this place. I don't go for the show but felt a little bad for the family with two kids that were seated with us as I felt they missed out.Anyway there was lots of food to eat and our waitress and staff were generally friendly and efficient. I don't recommend the sushi and the food was just OK. 2 stars.

Overall, just okay. We have been to better hibachi restaurants in the metro detroit area. The venue is smaller, which is nice. The disappointment was in the preparation of the food, the taste and experience. The tofu was not chopped and fully cooked. They didn't separate the vegetarian requested cuisine from the meat. The beverage server was almost nonexistent and the taste of the food left was wanting more. It was worth a try, but I don't think we will be back.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The hostesses wouldn't seat veterans on Veterans Day because we came in with 4 kids. They said there was no seating, but there were over 11 open spots.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly
