We visited Hibachi House in Rochester for a family outing and had a good experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was friendly, and everyone in the family had a nice time. The food was good overall, although it wasn’t the best hibachi I’ve had. Still, it was a pleasant evening, and I appreciated having a comfortable place where the family could relax, eat, and enjoy time together.
I had a great family dinner here yesterday. Very good service and the portion sizes was more than expected. The best part is, the food was very tasty without being heavy. Tasted the chicken, NY strip, shrimp and salmon, all tasted great.
Food was okay, chef was okay but the server( couldn’t catch her name — asian server with the mask on) she seemed little bothered, not that good service like we expected! Also she included 20% as service charge on our bill as if we aren’t going to leave any tip.That’s just ridiculous!
