What a great overall experience!! 👍😀

I came to the charming town of Rochester on the first Friday in December to enjoy the Christmas lights and festive atmosphere. I decided to have dinner at O'Connors and was greeted by manager, MJ, who proceeded to get me a table right away on a very busy night!!

I was then greeted by a wonderful waitress, Rachel, who took such good care of me!! I ordered a special they had that night "Ravioli and Lobster with a Saffron Sauce" which was very good (and kind of exotic sounding).

I then met the foodrunner, RJ, who was also a most pleasant and hardworking young dude!!

To top it all off, the live band started at 9 pm, and they just rocked!!

If you want a classic Irish pub with really good service, awesome food, a jammin' band, in the heart of one of Michigan's most adorable towns, then O'Connors is the place!!

Had a great experience here last Sunday. We stopped for here dinner after the lions game. We had the Irish nachos, the Celtic Ruben, and the waygu bacon cheese burger. Everything was phenomenal, such good food! Our server was very polite and attentive. I'd love to visit again! Loved the live music!!!

Sat for 20 minutes before getting service. Our server neglected us long enough for another server to take care of us. I left a note regarding poor service, and Erika, the server who refused to serve us, took my private credit card information and looked me up on facebook with my name, and proceeded to message me about my complaint

Took one bite of my Reuben and had to pull A large piece of plastic that was halfway down my throat out of my mouth. I called the restaurant to inform them that they are putting plastic into a sandwich which is incredibly dangerous. I asked to speak to a manager, the girl on the phone said her manager is “upstairs and not available to speak to me”. It is insane that a manager can’t take a phone call from a customer they almost killed. Will never eat here again, and as a chef myself I highly recommend no one else does either. Such a large mistake with safety and I would bet serious money there are other major food safety issues in that kitchen. Photo of plastic attached.
