Food is incredible and service with a smile is speedy! Hands down a go to place for everyone!
We took our family the other night. Great location, delicious food, and fair prices. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Great customer service!! Polite, eye contact, checking in with all guests to see how the experience was or if anyone needed refills. The cook was hustling and doing an amazing job. These young people were outstanding! This will be a go to for us.
We were in for the first time today and we will for sure be back! Excellent food and great service!

The Bridge Street Burger Shack offers excellent value and a simple, old-school dining experience in downtown Rockford. They serve delicious smash-style burgers and also provide vegetarian and vegan options like the Impossible burger and a tasty black bean burger. The friendly staff ensures quick service, often going above and beyond by bringing food outside or assisting during busy times. Customers praise the burgers and loaded fries, calling them the best and highlighting the ability to customize burgers any way one wants. The Shack has a charming atmosphere where visitors can enjoy good food at a decent price, with special mentions of fries, queso, and the burger of the month. The chicken tenders are also noted as very good, making it a great choice for a quick bite, whether dining in or taking out. Overall, many customers are pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, with the double smash burger meal and loaded fries receiving particular acclaim.
