Solid food and good service, although a bit overpriced. My issue is more with their wait list, which I am 0 for 5 on visitsgetting accurate timing. Last night was a "10-20 minute" wait turned into 40.My bigger issue is with the the 3% administrative fee. Don't be deceptive and sneak it into a receipt, even if this that everyone else is doing. If your food costs have gone up, update your menus, don't try to be sneaky about it.
This was my first visit. I am more than satisfied with the service from Amber at the Rockford MI location and the food. I had the Taste of Italy and Cheesecake for dessert. We were on our way home from the MACUL 2024 conference. I am more than pleased with our decision to stop in.? The manager even came to speak with us after finding out it was our first visit. Exceptional experience!

Uccello's Rockford always has good food/ service, but we went to go to the "Easter Brunch Buffet" we were told this location was a smaller location and didn't offer the Easter Brunch Buffet. I wish they would have said that when my wife called to make reservations a week prior for the Buffet. Instead we were left scrambling to find somewhere to go.
