I recently visited JJ's and bought two sandwiches.... I was very interested/excited in tasting the new Aeoli sauce used on their new sandwiches, and I was told a VERY FIRM NO!!! I then asked if I could just TRY A SMALL DOLLUP of the Aroli sauce, and again was met with a very FIRM ..NO..!!!
I asked why?? And the mgr told me "company policy" I said REALLY???
THAT is THE MOST ANTI-consumer policy I have EVER witnessed!!

Lunch sandwiches were good, but they asked if I wanted my sandwich cut in half and I said I did. When I went to share it with my mom it wasn’t cut! Also when the person taking orders and wearing a mask, standing behind an acrylic shield, helps if you SPEAK UP so your customers can hear you ... might be easier than repeating yourself ALL THE TIME!
Great fast service! Only way that it could have been faster is if they either read my mind or forced me to eat a sandwich of their choosing.
