get a manager that owns up to poor service. waited too long to place our order. waited way too long -over an hour- for 3 meals which we ended up taking as carry out
had to ask for a manager and she never came to our table. all while watching those sat after us getting served. i get things happen....i don't get blatant lack of professionalism in management. i always look to support local. thankfully i have other options in Rockford.
Good food and great music.
